The
following are prohibited:
•
Spamming (sending unsolicited email or posting messages
to irrelevant UsetNet newsgroups that do not
explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site
hosted on our servers).
•
Sites containing pornographic material or sites which
contain links to adult sites, sites encouraging illegal
activity or racism, sites providing instructions for,
or
performing, illegal activities.
•
Violations and attempted violations of system &
network security. Or any type of tampering with the
system with the intent to inflict harm.

| Standard Procedures:
If an infraction of these rules comes to our attention, the site
concerned will be suspended immediately to protect the integrity
of the IP Numbers shared with other users. An investigation will
follow, with NameServerHosting reserving the decision to restore
sites service or not. No refunds will be forthcoming in these
situations. In the interests of our clients we enforce a "zero
tolerance" policy. |
