This tool allows you to change the password for your control panel and FTP client. Passwords must be from 5 to 15 characters in length. Please avoid basing your password on a common word found in the dictionary or using a new password which is very similar to your old one.

 

 

Note: If you are unable to access your Control Panel because you've lost your password, you will need to email technical support and request new password.

 

Passwords are one way encrypted, therefore,


we have no way of knowing or finding out your current password.
