Username and
Passwords:
These are contained in your welcoming email.
Your username and password are needed to access every tool
on your web site including FTP, Email access, your control panel, and
Microsoft FrontPage if you're using it.
In short, use this username and password for any access
you're attempting to your account.
Note:
You can change your password but you
cannot change your user name.
Note:
If you change your password, our service does not
have the ability to tell you what the new password is. If you loose your
password we will have to create a new password for you.
Simply put in help desk ticket asking for a password
change.
